Pas de panique. I’ve just not felt much like writing, that’s all…
I’ve heard about the battery recall – does it affect your Mac? This recall came shortly after that massive one by Dell… Better to be safe than sorry; you wouldn’t want to have one of those exploding laptops that seem to be increasingly common lately

Sorry I have trouble with my iBook. Something to do with overheating battery. I hear they’re recalling them now. I’ll try to send what I meant with this computer to morrow (or should I say later today, this side of the Atlantic!)
I hope you and your Baba are well but I wonder as I see no post since Aug. 22nd.

Hello and thank you for the good wishes for my Baba; I’ll tell her when she’s a bit more alert. (But I haven’t received anything from you via email…) I just got back from the hospital a short while ago, after a brief stop at a Chinese restaurant with my aunt and little cousin.

L.O Happy Birthday to your Baba from France. That should surprise her, shouldn’t it?;-) Surely you have told her of your acquaintances (if not friends) here and she must know you’ve been writing about her on this blog every so often.
Hope you have a print machine so you can bring to her what I’m sending you trough e- mail (as I don’t know how to include it here) and pin it along at her bed side. Come on, go get some more taks, you’ll need them
